This product complies with Serial ATA standard interface and suitable for data storage media and code storage device for embedded system and boot disk. By using mSATA SSD Module, it is possible to operate good performance for the systems, which have SATA interface. With small form factor, the applicable appliance can add or install SATA storage device on its Mother Board or Complete set.

Description:
Agrade’s PS60 series mSATA SATA3 solid state is a storage device based on 3D NAND flash memory technology. The PS60 series includes the following models to fulfill a variety of different demands:

PS60s Performance series – external DRAM and power-shielding firmware architecture protection to manage sudden power-loss situations.

The PS60 series is equipped with an LDPC ECC engine to correct up to 120 bit per 1024 data byte, as well as a Block/Page RAID function to guarantee 3K PE cycles endurance with 3D NAND.

The PS60 series contains hardware write protection and a secure erase function via an optional connector feature. It can also provide software write protection and a secure erase function via software vendor commands, by request.

The PS60 series is equipped with an integrated Industrial-grade Active PMU (power management unit) to provide higher reliability power design compared to traditional discrete circuits.
